National Association of REALTORS® , et al., has been filed against several local associations, the National Association of REALTORS® , Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (BAREIS), and various brokerages. This legal action, about a potential class of home sellers in Northern California, alleges violations of the Sherman Act, the Cartwright Act, and the Unfair Competition Act. It’s important to note that SCCAOR has not been implicated in this lawsuit. Nonetheless, we are actively monitoring the situation.
