Celebrating the Top Producers of Santa Clara County at the Real Awards

The 2025 Real Awards, presented by the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS®, celebrated the top 1%, 3%, 5%, and 10% producers in Santa Clara County.

The annual event brought together the county’s highest-performing REALTORS® for a night of recognition and celebration—all while supporting a critical pathway to homeownership.

All proceeds from the event were donated to the Santa Clara County REALTORS® Foundation’s Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program Fund. The DPA Program provides $10,000 grants to first-time homebuyers in the market for their first home.

Meriwest Credit Union, recognizing the importance of homeownership, generously donated $5,000 to support the DPA Program. This contribution will help hardworking families achieve their dream of owning a home.
