SCCAOR Promotes Tim Beaubien to Government Affairs Director

The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Beaubien as Government Affairs Director.

“I am excited for this new opportunity and challenge,” Beaubien said. “I look forward to continuing to lead our advocacy team, representing our members and fighting for REALTOR® Party victories.”

Beaubien was originally hired in early summer 2018. He previously held the title of Government Affairs Associate and Government Affairs Manager for SCCAOR. He is well equipped with a strong background of REALTOR® Party issues and experience in the local political landscape. He recently finished his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Cal State Dominguez Hills giving him the added skills needed to be a successful Department Director.

“Over the last two years, Tim has grown so much in his Government Affairs role from Associate, to Manager, and now to our Government Affairs Director,” said Neil Collins, SCCAOR CEO. “His guidance was indispensable during the Counties Shelter in Place Order. He was able to provide clarity to our members and successfully negotiated for key services like photography, inspection, and stagers to be added to the list of essential businesses.”

Outside of work, Tim enjoys many hobbies and is always ready for the next adventure. He loves to travel, hike, and enjoy the gorgeous wineries in the region with his girlfriend Ricki. Prior to COVID-19 you could always find him watching or playing a sport, with baseball and basketball being his favorites.
