Class Overview

• All students will receive the 3 hour courses of Agency, Ethics, Trust Funds, Fair Housing,
  Risk Management, and our new Management & Supervision course, and two consumer protection and consumer server courses which include Property Management Success, and Making Money in California Foreclosure.
• Courses by either textbook or PDF. Textbook should be picked up ahead of time at our office.
• All exams are online. Instructions for the exams will be given at the seminar.
• Bring your laptop or tablet for assistance logging in for the first time.
• Optional live review will be approximately 180 minutes of the above material.
